Hailing from Rome, The Eternal City is home to wide range of legends from electronic music scene like Donat Dossy, Danielle Baldelli, Alva Noto & Lory D. The city's mixture of influences and clubs, was key influence as Del Garda grew in size through 2000s. Del Garda's other influences come from minimal scenes (the likes of Ricardo Villalobos, Zip and Raresh). A difference in Del Garda is his selections are laced with swinging, groove heavy baselines mixed with intricate percussion. The records you would find in Del Garda's bag match together unlike anyone else's - always finding fresh music to play (both new and rare older finds) which tie perfectly together. Every time you see him play, you get something new. His record label Timeless, is the perfect example if you want to know his sound. It's been a home for likes of Evan Baggs, Christian AB, Lucretion, Omar, Akhrif and more, with influences from minimal, electro, garage and techno.
